Calling all foodies! April’s Dinner Club with Jefferson Farm Kitchen and Vista 222, a monthly dining opportunity at a private venue in the Applegate Valley that overlooks 80 acres of picturesque vineyard, would love to host you. An interactive and comparative dinner experience. 

What did our old world ancestors enjoy for dinner? How have their classic cuisines changed or stayed the same over thousands of years?

You’re invited to discover this with us during our next Dinner Club event. We’ve challenged Chef Kristen to create two renditions of timeless ingredients (4 total) for a side-by-side comparison and interactive dining experience. Trust us, you won’t want to miss this one-of-a-kind, 4-course meal.
