Rose Festival ~ Rogue Valley Rose Society
The Rogue Valley Rose Society is sponsoring this event. There will be rose displays, roses for sale, demonstrations, and vendors It is being held at the Josephine County Fairgrounds
There will be a variety of fun and fascinating rose- and garden-related displays, presentations, and helpful information for all to enjoy. Vendors will offer roses, companion plants, garden crafts and structures and other “rosy” items for sale, and experts will share information on the benefits of bees and worm compost in our gardens. Cut roses and rose arrangements will be on display, rose experts will help answer your rose questions and suggest the best methods to grow healthy roses in the Rogue Valley. This year we will also feature a workshop for kids to let them express their creativity using florals!

9:00 – 10:00 AM – Entries of cut roses received
10:00 AM – Doors open
10:00 AM – 1 PM – “Kids’ Rose Crafts and Activities” Workshop

Cut roses and more for sale, too!
Bring cut roses from your garden (with names, if possible) between 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. to display along with the others. Don’t know the names of your roses? Bring them along, and we’ll see if our experts can identify them for you! All attendees will be given a ballot to vote on their favorite roses and arrangements.
