S.O.R.A Evening Speaker ~ Once a Month Monday Meeting
Our guest speaker: Monday November 28th
Lee Bradshaw
Cattleman in Southern Oregon and member of the Cattleman’s Association
Remember the old saying “where’s the beef”? Well do you know what it takes to get the beef to you?
Plus we may learn why anyone would want to be a cattleman; hear it from the horse’s mouth so to speak?
Most Americans have no clue what it takes bring it to a calf market, the cost involve, and why it is necessary to graze on public lands both a benefit to those lands and the cattleman’s bottom line.
Bring your questions, enjoy a great meal with beef and meet new friends.
Just a side note; did you know that beef is less fattening than chicken?
Ron Ruby - "I met Lee and other great dedicated cattlemen who stood in opposition to the expansion the Cascade-Siskiyou Monument at the staged meeting held by Senators Merkley and Wyden at the Southern Oregon University campus last month". -
